Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor for our 2012 Winkler Harvest Festival and Exhibition!
Our Festival, located in Southern Manitoba, hosts up to 50 Vendors which service around 40,000 visitors over the weekend. We pride ourselves on our wide variety of food and merchandise catering to all ages.
2012 application forms are now available. Our application deadline is 5pm, June 15, 2012.

Important Information
A: How To Get Here
Winkler is located 1.5 hours south of Winnipeg. Two Routes may be taken from Winnipeg:
1. South on Highway 75, turning West at Highway 14
2. Southwest on Highway 3, turning East at Highway 14.

Section B: Where To Go
When arriving in Winkler, proceed south on Park Street and turn west at the Winkler Aquatic Centre. The Entrance to the grounds is located between the Aquatic Centre and the Arena. Proceed to the Information Area where a Volunteer will direct you where to go.
Section C: When To Set Up
Vendors may begin to Set-up on Friday, August 10, 2012 between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm.
All vendors must be fully operational by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2012. Food Vendors are subject to a Provincial Health Inspection.
Should you require an earlier set-up, arrangements can be made through the Festival Office by sending an email to winklerharvestfest@gmail.com. No later set-up times will be permitted.Vendors arriving late will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.
Section D: Tents To Rent
The Harvest Festival & Exhibition DOES NOT supply any vendors with any Tents, Tables or Chairs, Hoses, Electrical Cords or Lighting. All of the above must be supplied by the vendors. Please note: when supplying your own tent – make sure it fits within the supplied site sizes.

Section E: Where To Stay
There are a number of Hotel Accommodations within the City of Winkler:

Section F: Rules & Regulations
- All delivery vehicles will be permitted access onto the grounds between the hours of 12:00 am and 9:30 am. After 9:30 am, NO delivery vehicles will be permitted access onto the grounds.
- Vendors are required to commit to remain the ENTIRE weekend. Minimum operation hours are:
Friday, August 10 – 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 11 – 12:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 12 - 12:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. - Food Vendors are required to produce a valid operators health permit.
- Fresh water supply and gray water dumping facilities are available close to the booths and displays. Vendors are required to comply with Manitoba Environmental regulations.
- Vendors are limited to sell only what has been stated on their Items Sold section and approved by the Festival.
- The Harvest Festival reserves the right to price fix individual products, namely canned and bottled pop drinks and bottled water.
Any Vendor caught in violation of any of the above Terms & Conditions may forfeit the right to attend any future festivals. The Harvest Festival Grounds Committee have the authority to remove any Vendor who is in violation of any of the above Terms at any point throughout the weekend without refund.
